OK Guys & Girls,

I need to know who wants to attend this as I need to order exam papers & may need to book a hall.

So if you are interested in attending and haven't already informed me please let me know within the next week or so.

We (Nick Roberts & Nasher) are, once again, running the pilot briefing sessions in February 2012.
(The initial plan was to run them November/December but the South East Wales Club are running a Club Coach Course around that time)

Dates & Times:

Saturday 18th February 2011:      14:00 - 17:00 Flight Theory & Instruments Briefing
Sunday 19th  February 2011:       10:00 - 14:00 Airlaw & Navigation Briefing

Saturday 25th February 2011:      10:00 - 14:00 Meteorology Briefing **
Sunday 26th February 2011:        10:00 - 13:00 Revision Presentation & The Exam (followed by a pint in the pub!)

(** Yes, I know there's a match on the 25th but it doesn't start until 16:00)

Requirements:

Any SWWSC member is welcome to come along for the briefings, regardless of their rating or experience.

However, if you wish to sit the exam you must:

 1)  Have completed all the other Pilot tasks before you can sit the exam
 2)  Have not sat the exam within the last 4 months prior to 26th February.

Here is a link of the tasks required to achieve pilot rating:
http://www.bhpa.co.uk/pdf/pilot_tasks.pdf

Location:

Exact location will be Dependent on numbers, but it will be in or around  Pontardawe (centre of the universe!)

Let me know if you're interested and whether you want to sit the exam or not. (You can PM me if you don't want others to know you are sitting the Exam!)

If you are unable to attend, but wish to sit the exam on a different date, then let me know & I can arrange it for you.
