O.S. Reference.

SN092 325. - Sheet 145.

Wind Direction

N to NNE    (350deg to 20deg).

Height A.M.S.L.

1250ft/380 m - T.T.B.500 ft.

Min Pilot Rating.

S.P.

How to get there.

Take the B4313 Narberth to Fishguard road or the B4329 Haverfordwest to Cardigan road and where the two cross near Rosebush continue NE along the B4329 for 3 km to the top of the hill and park on the right. Walk east along the fence for 2 km (Very long walk with a H.G!)

Landowner and site fees.

National Park (for local Baroness). Site not negotiated

Rules.

No special rules. Follow the country code.

Hazards.

A couple of fenced off squares and some boulders below T.O.

Frequently used by military aircraft, use the free phone number.

Plenty of trees to land in behind.

Take off & Landing.

No problems with T.O. Paragliders need to go E to SN 096 325.

Bottom landing is vast but further down it gets very wet and boggy.

Top land S.W. of T.O. on the large area in front of the forest.

Site comments.

This is not a very steep site so needs to be thermic or breezy to soar.

It can be possible to fly back to the car.

X.C. possible.

Can get sea breezed.
