Should'ave given in and come to Ponty mate, we flew for hours, and then we flew some more. Was a good day, with over twenty vehicles there, two hangies cruising round above us all and people flying right out over the road. I got over three hours in the air, well happy!!!
The bird of time has but a little way to flutter..............and Lo, the bird is on the wing.

Made a determined effort to avoid the obvious and flyable option of Pont and went for an extended drive past The Blorenge to Hay Bluff which was in cloud then a tea shop which was nice then to a beclamed Pandy.................

The wind was ESE which is spot on for Maes Knoll. Trouble was it was a bit strong. 18-23mph on the top, then 25-30mph. It was a bit lumpy in the air. Probably because the terrain out front is a bit undulating. You went up rapido and sometimes not. Plenty  rustling from the canopy as well. Had to be very cautious about getting high as wind up there would easily blow me over the back!  On a Nova Ibex15. Doesn't bear thinking about on anything bigger.

All a bit too westerly and gusty realy. Some hangies had an okay time of it. I messed about with my Ibex again in a takeoff do a beat or two and slope land kinda way. Had to leave early to do some scuba diving!

First time here for me. Quite a shallow slope which needed more wind to work, no matter I was on my Ibex again so a bit of speedy ttbs was hilarious and good exercise.
