Be aware that although it is possible to bottom land on the beach. The tracks that lead back to take off are privately owned and no official negotiations have taken place to sanction their use. A site brief by an experienced pilot will give you pointers on how to get back to the take-off.
Remember to NOTAM/CANP if flying weekdays (check flying midweek paragraph for instruction guide)

Good soaring with long ridge runs. Easy access, pretty views from Worms Head to Caldey Island. Beach landing possible but tracks back privately owned - no official negotiations for use
Cars must park in area marked 'car park' to rear of launch field. Aware horses in field opposite lodge may be spooked. Give hen houses wide berth
Rules
Wire fence/hedge at bottom of take-off field - possible rotor from hedge. Bottom land on beach only as last option - tidal and no public access up from beach, most tracks privately owned. Telegraph wires run down below ridge east of take-off

From Pendine follow B4314 towards Amroth. At St Lawrence's Church Marros follow farm track 1/3 mile to gate on right. Through it up to Marros Lodge. Pay fee, continue to parking by take-off field
